H. Lee Higdon, III, PhD HCLD (ABB) is manager of clinical research in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Greenville Hospital System University Medial Center. He also serves as a member on the resident research committee and is the elective director for a course in research methodology and research design.

He received his BS and MS in Animal Science from Angelo State University, San Angelo, Texas in 1988 and 1995. Dr. Higdon received his PhD in animal physiology in May 1999 from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina and joined the faculty at Greenville in June 1999.

Currently, Dr. Higdon holds faculty appointments at Clemson University, University of South Carolina School of Medicine, and the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Higdon’s research interests include improving ART methodology, improving resident teaching techniques and providing design and statistical assistance for departmental research projects.

Francis S. Nuthalapaty, MD is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Regional Campus in Greenville, SC. He is the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center.
